Should I sign first?

Wait for instructions. Jurats and signature-witnessing acts require signing before the notary. An acknowledgment may allow an existing signature, subject to applicable requirements.

Can you come to a hospital?

A visit may be possible with facility permission and advance review. Location alone does not establish the signer’s willingness or capacity.

Can you choose the correct form for me?

No. Ask the receiving organization or your lawyer for the document and notarial certificate required.

Do you offer apostilles?

No. Apostille and authentication services are not currently offered.

Can the notary guarantee my document will be accepted?

No. Check recipient requirements in advance. Notarization does not guarantee legal validity or acceptance.
